Opioid-Induced Constipation

This investigational drug studies evaluate pain medicines that cause constipation.

Eligible Participants:

Age 18+
Patient has less than three bowel movements per week
Constipation caused by opioid use
Taking a stable dose of opioid pain medication for at least 1 month
Participants must be willing to stop taking medications that may cause or relieve constipation during the study.
