Osteoarthritis

Investigational drug study evaluating osteoarthritis in hip or knee.

Eligible Participants:

Age 40-80
Participant has had OA in knee or hip for at least one year and the diagnosis has been confirmed by radiography, such as by x-ray
Participants experienced pain from chronic OA on a daily basis and have been taking medication for that pain for at least two weeks
Particpants do NOT have any condition which is more painful than the OA or any other significant medical conditions.

Exclusion: other painful disorders (including migraines, rheumatic dz); or significant disorders (seizures, major depression, CA, personality disorder, unstable psychological conditions); hearing aids; metal or electrical implanted devices above mid-torso; receiving or applying for disability insurance related to FMS
